Homebaked using traditional Cumbrian Recipes and
local foods.
Served in the Dining room 5pm - 6pm (bookings only)
pre-book prior to arrival or at breakfast.
Cost £12.00 per person
Cumberland boiled ham, (boiled in Cumberland real ale and
root vegatables), Lake District Mature Cheddar cheese
and Cumberland Sauce served with Salad
accompannied by :-
Mayonnaise
Pickles
Beetroot
Cumberland Mustard
A selection of Homemade breads including Sage & Onion,
Cheese & Walnut, Wholemeal and plain White.
Girdle scones and Borrowdale Teabread, served with butter,
Cumberland Rum Butter, Lemon Curd and Strawberry Jam.
Apple Pie and Traditional local Ice Cream
Fresh Ground Coffee or a Selection of Teas.
